Mobily (a startup, hereinafter referred to as “Mobily” or “we”) respects your privacy. This document explains what information is collected on the mobilyapp.com website (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”), why it is collected, who stores it, for how long, and what your rights are. This policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only and applies to all genders.
This policy applies only to the website. The Mobily app, when launched, will have a separate privacy policy.
Who is responsible for the information?
The data controller (owner of the database) is the Mobily project team. For all inquiries regarding privacy, please contact: info@mobilyapp.com.
What Information Do We Collect?
- Information you provide on the newsletter sign-up form: full name and email address. You are not legally required to provide this information, but without it, we will not be able to send you updates.
- Automatically collected technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed. Some of this information is required to operate and secure the website, and some is collected only if you have consented to statistical cookies (see “Cookies”).
We do not knowingly collect information about health conditions or disabilities through the website, and we ask that you not send such information via email.
Why We Use This Information
- Updates: To send you updates on the app's development progress and launch, subject to your consent upon registration.
- Operation and Security: Operate the website, secure it, and prevent misuse.
- Statistics: If you have agreed, we will track website usage statistically to improve the site and its accessibility.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for personalized advertising.
Who processes the information for us?
We use service providers who process information solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions:
- MailerLite: Managing the mailing list and sending updates (name and email address). Servers located in the European Union.
- Elementor Hosting and Cloudflare: Website hosting, content delivery, and security (IP address and technical data).
- Google Analytics: Usage statistics, only after you have consented to cookies.
- YouTube (Google): Embedded videos will be displayed only after you have consented to cookies.
- CookieYes: Manage your cookie preferences.
- Weglot: Translation of the website into English.
- Ally (Elementor): The website's accessibility tool. The settings you choose are saved in your browser.
- Google Fonts: Loading fonts on the website (IP address).
We will disclose information to a third party only if required to do so by law.
Cookies
Essential cookies are used to operate the site and save your cookie preferences. Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) and embedded content cookies (YouTube) are loaded only after you have consented to them via the cookie banner. You can change your consent at any time using the cookie preferences button on the site.
Transfer of Information Abroad
Some service providers operate outside of Israel, in the European Union and the United States, and therefore the information may be stored or transferred there. The transfer is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Information to Databases Outside the Country).
How long is the information retained?
- Subscription details: Your information is retained until you unsubscribe or until the project stops sending updates.
- Statistical data: Stored in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
Your Rights
- Review the information we have on file about you.
- Correcting incorrect or outdated information.
- Deletion of the information.
- You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email or by contacting us.
- You can withdraw your consent to cookies at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" button.

Information Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and providers that comply with accepted security standards. No system is completely secure, and if a security incident is discovered, we will act in accordance with the law.

We will update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page indicates when it was last updated. Any material changes will be posted on the website.
