Mobily considers accessibility to be of paramount importance, stemming directly from our vision to create transportation and navigation solutions that enable full independence for people with disabilities. With this in mind, our website (www.mobilyapp.com) Built with the ambition to meet the accessibility guidelines WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) at least level AA, and with a deep commitment to implement and integrate criteria from level AAA (the highest level) wherever possible. All of this, in order to provide the most accessible, comfortable and equitable user experience for all users.

The site supports Hebrew and English languages.

Accessibility measures available on the site

We are making every effort to ensure that all users can browse and use the site easily and conveniently. Below are some of the actions taken as part of the site's accessibility:

  • Browser compatibility: The site supports current versions of common browsers (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge).
  • Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements on the site (links, buttons, team elements, etc.) can be fully activated using the keyboard (by using the arrow keys). Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space and arrow keys). The navigation order on the site is logical and intuitive. Textual content on the site can be read by scrolling with the arrow keys and standard scroll keys.
  • Visual feedback on interaction: Interactive elements on the site, such as team and partner cards, provide subtle visual feedback (slight magnification and shading) when the mouse is hovered over or receives focus. This is done to improve the interaction experience and provide a clear indication of the active element .

  • Semantic structure: The site is built using a proper semantic structure, including hierarchical and correct use of headings (<h1> to <h6>) and additional HTML elements according to their meaning, to help screen readers and other assistive technologies understand the structure of the page.
  • Photos and graphics:
    • For meaningful images on your site, such as photos of staff and partner logos, add appropriate alt text that describes their content.
    • Icons used for illustrative purposes only and accompanied by text explaining their meaning are treated as decorative elements (using empty alt text, alt="") to avoid duplication of information for screen readers.
  • Color contrast: It was checked that the contrast ratio between the text color and the background color on the site meets the requirements of the standard, in order to allow good readability even for users with visual impairments.
  • Site content: The current site is a single page and does not contain forms or media files such as videos or audio files.
  • Accessibility tools: The site has the "Ally Accessibility Tools by Elementor" accessibility plugin installed, which offers a variety of user-friendly options (such as changing text size, adjusting contrast, highlighting links, and more). All of the options offered by the plugin are active on the site.

Staff display component

  • Add alternative text to the main photos of staff members that includes their name and position.
  • Name and role information is available to screen reader users even when the top layer of staff member details is enabled.

Contact and feedback on accessibility issues

We continue to invest efforts in improving the accessibility of the site. If you encounter any difficulty browsing the site, or if you have a comment or suggestion for improvement regarding accessibility, we would be very happy if you would contact us. You can contact the Mobily team via email: [email protected]. We strive to respond to inquiries within 3-5 business days.

Known limitations and future plans

We strive to provide a fully accessible experience for all users. However, there may be certain limitations on the site due to the technological tools used to build it, or components that are still in the process of being improved.

  • Staff presentation component:

    • Visual display for keyboard users: We are aware that when navigating via keyboard to a component that displays staff members, the staff member's name and role details (which appear on the top layer) are not visually displayed on the screen when the main image is focused, but only on mouseover. This information is available to screen reader users.
    • Social media links: Due to the limitations of the widget used in Elementor to display staff members' social media links, they may not currently have fully accessible names (such as aria-label) For screen readers, beyond information that may be derived from the visual tooltip.
    • We are exploring ways to improve the full accessibility of this component in the future.
  • Future plans:

    • Mobily is committed to constantly improving the accessibility of the site.
    • As part of future development of the site and adding new pages and content, we will continue to implement accessibility principles in all stages of planning and development.
    • We will consider conducting more comprehensive accessibility surveys and additional consultations as the site expands.

If you encounter any limitations or difficulty browsing, please contact us so we can assist and take action to correct it.

Testing and accessibility procedures

  • Initial and ongoing accessibility testing of the site is performed by the company's founder, who is a person with a disability, using assistive technologies such as screen readers (for example, TalkBack on Android and VoiceOver on iOS) and manual testing of site operation.
  • Additionally, we use the accessibility plugin "Ally Accessibility Tools by Elementor" to help identify and address potential accessibility issues.
